Hi, I'm Will

A lover of life, my wife Alex and my two children, Isabel and Tomas.

I also love photography

We live in Exeter in Devon having made our dream move here from London in 2011, a slightly crazy move not knowing a single person here or the City. I completely love living so close to the sea, Dartmoor and the rolling hills of Devon and love exploring with the family on days off.

I’ve been a wedding photographer for over 18 years now and I’ve had the pleasure to document over 500 I do’s.

I still get a huge buzz every time I pick up my camera and I love meeting new couples and having new adventures.

I feel really grateful and fortunate to have a job that I absolutely love and that enables me to feed my creativity. I feel so blessed that I can call myself a wedding photographer.

-I’ve been an official photographer for Her Majesty the Queen.

-It was always my dream from a young age to be a photographer and I actually shot my first wedding aged 18 whilst studying photography.

-Live in Exeter in Devon, having moved here from London back in 2011.

-Husband to my lovely wife Alex.

-Father to daughter Isabel and son, Tomas.

-I love food and have a huge passion for cooking, especially Asian cuisine. If I wasn’t a photographer I’m sure I would be involved with food.

-I like a beer and a glass of good wine, just not whilst working (I’ll stick to good coffee then).

-I love travelling and have embarked on 3 round the world trips.

-I’ve lived in New Zealand for a year, a country that will always be in my heart.

-I love the sea, trees, rivers, beautiful scenery and nature.

-I’ve won awards internationally for my wedding and family photography, currently ranked number 1 in Devon with Fearless Photographers and number 2 in Devon with This is Reportage Awards, both are judged by some of the best photographers in the world.

-In 2018 I was awarded in the top 10 UK wedding photographers by Ninedots.

-I was asked to feature over on Shotkit where I discuss my gear, how I shoot, and my background and route into photography. You can check that out here if that interests you.

-Previously worked as a Commercial Photographer in London, for the likes of Marks and Spencers and big advertising agencies such as Rainey Kelly and McCann Erikson.

my proudest photography moment

I was an official photographer for Her Majesty the Queen whilst on her Jubilee Tour of Exeter in Devon. I know, not a wedding, but it was amazing to have the opportunity to meet the Queen and be trusted to photograph and document her visit.
